Brief Description

The Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kokrajhar, has invited applications in a prescribed format from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of a Cleaner (Grade-IV) post. This is an offline application process, and interested candidates need to send their filled-in application form to the specified address. The selection will be based on a Test/Interview of the shortlisted candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum qualification is Class VIII passed.
  • Candidates who have passed HSSLC (10+2) or above are ineligible to apply for this post.

Selection Process

Test / Interview

  • The selection for the post will be through a direct recruitment process involving a Test/Interview.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called to appear for the Test/Interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.

How to Apply

  1. Candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format (available in the notification).
  2. The application should be duly filled up and accompanied by self-attested copies of all relevant certificates (age, education, caste, etc.).
  3. Paste a recent passport-sized photograph in the provided space and sign across it. Staple two additional photographs to the top right corner.
  4. The envelope containing the application must be superscribed with "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CLEANER (GRADE IV)".
  5. Send the application to: The Chief Judicial Magistrate, -cum- Chairman Selection Board, Kokrajhar, Ward No. 10, Courtpara, PO/PS/Dist- Kokrajhar, Assam - 783370.
  6. A self-addressed envelope with a ₹ 5.00 stamp affixed on it must be enclosed with the application.
